apply.
1.e. Access to the list is by invitation
only, if someone you know wants to be a member of the Mexican Society
at UEA or is a Mexican that does not receive postings please have them
contact the UEA Mexican Society Committee at the email indicated in

Language rules 2.a. English is the
MANDATORY language for any posting to the "MexSoc
UEA" list (su.mexsoc@uea.ac.uk).
You are welcome to include a translation to Spanish if you wish.
2.b. Spanish is the preferred (not mandatory)
language for any posting to the "Mexicans from UEA" list
(uea_mex_soc@yahoogroups.com). You are
welcome to post in English if you are not comfortable with Spanish.
2.c. Whenever cross-posting the same message
to both lists then the MANDATORY language shall be
English, but a Spanish translation can be included.
3.- Message and Courtesy rules 3.a.
Both lists were created with the objective of opening a system where
all Mexican Society members as well as Mexicans can communicate with
each other. In this manner short messages are welcome for any
subject except those described in point 3.e.
3.b. Discussions can ONLY be held in our
Discussion Board. You can however send a notification
through these lists that there is an active discussion on your topic
of choice and invite everyone to participate. 3.c.
We do prefer you take into account the people you intend your message
to be read by, and accordingly send the email to either one of the
groups, to both if you think your message applies to all. In the case
of replies consider sending it to the originator only.
3.d. It is mandatory to state the corresponding "Subject"
of your mail. Mails with blank subjects will be eliminated, and the
sender shall be notified.
3.c.1 Of the subject title. Subject titles
have to describe in as few words as possible the contents of the
message. The wording of the subject shall have to be as neutral
and informative as possible so as to give an opportunity to the receiver
to be able to decide to read the message or delete the message.
3.e. The following cannot be contained within the
messages sent to the yahoo groups accounts:
Aggressive or abusive content
Religious or political propaganda
Messages with sexual content
Racially discriminatory content, or

not directly to the message groups. Any such message will be taken
care of as stated in section 4. 3.e.

automatically by a BOT and then posted. Further moderation will be
done, if necessary, by a human.3.g. The "Mexicans from
UEA" lists is "semi-moderated" by members of the Mexican
Society Committee, meaning that all messages are screened before they
are sent to the members of the list.

reflects only the view or thoughts of the sender. No endorsement by
the Mexican Society at UEA is made unless clearly stated by the Committee
of the Mexican Society through a mail from the above mentioned account.
