It is almost a fact that all Mexicans that come to study in UEA shall have
campus accommodation at least during their first year. When the confirmation
of place in UEA arrived an accommodation form should have also arrived. There
are several options to where you want live. Take care in choosing where you
will live since any changes, once accommodation has been assigned, are very
difficult as well as trying to cancel it. Remember, the Accommodation Office
is semi-bureaucratic so you will have to be very patient as they are not very
flexible. If you want you can submit an
Online Accommodation Application to select where you want to live.
If you are
bringing your family please visit the section in this website
for
Families and the
Accommodation Home Page for further information.

If you are adventurous
and
you wish to go to private sector accommodation we strongly
recommend that you use the service from the Student Union
called
HOMERUN.
It is very useful, if you have problems you might be able
to contact the Student Union directly so they can help you.
You can also get in contact with your supervisor who can possibly recommend
alternatives, or you can contact any Mexican from the Committee who can
offer some information or refer you to someone who does have the
information. Remember that this can be more complicated and you might need
to find lodging in a hotel or hostel for a couple of days while you finalize
a contract.
