You can use either the bus or
the train. Nevertheless at this time we cannot give you full
instructions for using the train because the best route depends on
your time of arrival to the airport. If you go through Cambridge it
can take up to 2:40 and there are 2 changes, if you go through Ely it
can take up to 2:10 and 1 exchange. We think for now your best option
is the bus of National Express/Jetlink.
You have to go outside the terminal area of the airport via a
pedestrian underpass and there you will find the offices and bus stop.
It is now very simple because most bus runs arrive to the Union House
inside the UEA, except very late or very early runs. The journey is
supposed to take around 2:20 but sometimes it can be a bit more due to
recent road constructions and rush hour traffic near Norwich.
